Heidi can only accept orders that are billed and shipped to locations in the United States (including APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes, and U.S. Territories).
Priority Shipping methods (2nd Day service) are not available for certain locations in Alaska and Hawaii and the U.S. Territories.
We are unable to ship to international addresses and apologize for any inconvenience.
STANDARD SHIPPING: Delivery within 5-7 business days from the order's ship date. Most orders destined for P.O. Boxes are delivered within 6-14 business days from the order's
ship date.
2ND DAY SERVICE: Delivery within 2-3 business days from the order's ship date.
Please note: Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, except major
holidays). Orders being shipped to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses must be sent via standard shipping method. If you have any questions concerning the shipment of your order, please contact us via email.

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States.
Orders with Second Day Service will be shipped the same day if placed by 3:00 pm EST.
Orders with Second Day Service require a signature upon delivery unless otherwise designated
by the recipient. If a signature waiver is in place, Clinique Online cannot accept responsibility for lost or
stolen packages.
Second Day Service is not available for shipments to APO / FPO, P.O. Boxes and certain
locations in Alaska. Please call us at 404-387-1754 if you have any questions.
If you wish to provide a physical address in the United States to which we can deliver, we will be happy to ship your full order.
We're sorry, we are currently unable to accept orders to be billed or shipped to destination outside the U.S and its territories. We apologize for any inconvenience.
SHIPMENTS TO: APO/FPO, PO Boxes and US Territories
Most orders may be shipped to P.O. Box or Military APO / FPO addresses, but some restrictions may apply.
Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or Military APO / FPO addresses must be shipped via the United States
Postal Service (USPS).
Military APO / FPO orders and orders shipping to P.O. Box addresses cannot be shipped via Second Day Priority service.
For orders shipping to APO/FPO locations, please select AE for Armed Forces Europe, Middle East, Africa,
and Canada; AA for Armed Forces Americas; and AP for Armed Forces Pacific. Also make sure that you have
selected United States in the Country field.
Heidi accepts orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories of PuertoRico, Guam, and
U.S. Virgin Islands.
Most items may be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories, but some restrictions apply.

STANDARD SERVICE
Most orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1 - 2 business days, depending on product availability.
Most Standard orders are delivered within 5 -7 business days from the order's ship date. Please note:
Most orders destined for P.O. Boxes and are delivered within 6-14 business days of the order's ship date.
SECOND DAY SERVICE
Second Day orders placed by 3:00 pm ET will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability.
Second Day orders placed after 3:00 pm ET will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Most orders shipped via Second Day Service are delivered within 2-3 business days from the order's ship date.
We're sorry. Orders destined for P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO locations are not eligible for Second Day Service.

At Heidi we take great pride in the quality of our merchandise. if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s)
within 30 days of receiving the order for a full refund of the merchandise cost. The item must be in its original packaging, in its original box and
have the packing slip included for proper credit. The customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance on returns, except when defective
or mis-shipped products are sent. We recommend you insure the package and keep the shipping receipt on hand until credit is issued.
Refunds will be issued upon return of the product in good condition and should appear on your credit card statement within 7 to 14 days.
